SIGNATURE WINE
Winemaking process: Traditional system with stemmed grapes. Malolactic fermentation in the cask.
Grape source: 100% from estate-owned vineyards.
Grape varieties: 100% Tempranillo.
Harvesting: Manually into crates followed by selection on the sorting table.
Ageing: 18 months in the cask and 18 months in the bottle.
Type of cask: 70% French oak and 30% American oak.

Made using only the best Tempranillo grapes from the estate’s oldest vines, harvested by hand into small crates and then selected on the sorting table. Aged for a minimum of 18 months in 70% French-oak and 30% American-oak casks.
